Aircraft Cowl Plugs

Padded marine grade vinyl cowl plugs. All cowl plugs or cowl bungs as they are sometimes known as are sewn with bonded polyester thread. The webbing on the cowl plugs is UV resistant polypropylene. These cowl plugs have zips on the rear so the foam can be removed to dry out.

Single engine cowl plugs come with 200mm high safety flag so if you check your prop is clear its impossible to start up with the plugs in. 

Twin engine aircraft have our custom made safety streamers attached as a precaution.
