At Ecosew, we manufacture and repair custom canvas, PVC, marine, and outdoor products designed for New Zealand conditions. Due to the custom nature of many of our products, the following refund and return conditions apply.
Ecosew offers a 14-day money back guarantee on eligible ready-made online store products, subject to the conditions below.
Custom-Made Products
Custom-made, made-to-order, and personalised products are generally non-refundable unless the item is faulty, incorrectly manufactured, or does not match the agreed specification.
This includes:
- Custom canvas covers
- Made-to-measure products
- Custom PVC fabrication
- Marine and industrial covers
- Special-order items
Customers are responsible for ensuring all supplied measurements, specifications, and fitment details are correct before manufacture begins.
Ready-Made Products & Money Back Guarantee
For standard ready-made products purchased through the Ecosew online store, we offer a 14-day money back guarantee on unused items returned in original condition.
To qualify for a return:
- the item must be unused and in original condition
- returned with original packaging where possible
- returned within 14 days of delivery
- accompanied by proof of purchase
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, we will provide:
- a refund to the original payment method
or
- store credit
at our discretion.
This money back guarantee does not apply to:
- custom-made products
- made-to-order products
- personalised items
- repair services
- used or damaged items
- products damaged through misuse or incorrect installation
Return freight costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
